RETREAT BOOKING POLICY:
How to Book Your Apogee Zen Retreat
Booking is simple and secure—follow these steps to secure your spot for our May 14th-18th retreat at Talurdo Retreat in Algarve, Portugal:
1. Email Inquiry: Contact us via the email link on our website (or DM on Instagram/Facebook if preferred) with your name, group size, preferred cabin type, and any special requests. We’ll confirm availability and send a personalized booking form.
2. Deposit Payment: Pay a non-refundable £150 deposit per person via secure PayPal to reserve your place. We’ll provide the PayPal link in our confirmation email.
3. Full Payment: Settle the remaining balance by April 1st via PayPal. Failure to pay by this date may result in your spot being released.
4. Confirmation: Once full payment is received, you’ll get a detailed itinerary, travel tips (including airport pick-up from Faro), and preparation guide. Flights and extras (e.g. 1:1 Massages & Horse Riding) are not included—book these separately if desired.

By making a deposit or payment, you agree to the following:
• Eligibility and Health: Participants must be 18+ and in good health. Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility needs upon booking. We recommend travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and activities. Apogee Escapes is not liable for personal injuries or health issues arising from participation.
• Payments and Pricing: All bookings are all-inclusive (accommodation, activities, meals/drinks, airport pick-up from Faro). £150 deposit per person is non-refundable. Full payment due by April 1st; late payments may forfeit your booking without refund.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60+ days before start (by March 15th): Full refund minus deposit. 30-59 days (March 16th-April 13th): 50% refund minus deposit. Under 30 days (after April 14th): No refund. We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, low bookings)—full refund issued in such cases.
• Changes and Substitutions: We may adjust itineraries for safety or operational reasons; no refunds for minor changes. Name changes or substitutions require 14 days’ notice and may incur a £50 admin fee.
• Liability and Responsibility: Apogee Escapes, its staff, and partners are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Participants engage in activities at their own risk; we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
• Conduct and Environment: Respect the eco-friendly venue—no smoking, littering, or disruptive behavior. We promote a positive, inclusive space; violations may result in removal without refund.
• Data and Privacy: Your details are used for booking purposes only, in line with GDPR. Photos/videos from the retreat may be used for promotion unless you opt out.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes resolved in English courts.For any clarifications, contact us before booking.
