I've been in the fitness industry for 16 years now. My background in sports coaching helps me to provide a unique insight into individual sports, such as football, tennis, golf, netball, athletics and hockey. This also gives me the ability to be creative in my program design and to keep the sessions fresh, exciting and current. I thrive on making sure my clients never get bored!
