ABOUT ME
My focus as a Personal Trainer is to provide fitness in the fresh air for people who have grown tired of the gym scene; those who 'dislike' exercise and are looking for something new and exciting; or those that want to discover the incredible rush of working out in the stunning scenery that surrounds my home town, Berkhamsted.

Personal Development is extremely important to me and I am always looking for new challenges for myself and my clients. I know what it feels like to push yourself mentally and physically through my experience in life, travel and sport, and this has given me the foundation to help my clients reach their full potential.

I have first-hand experience in kick boxing, boxing, team sports, marathon running, treks, mountain climbs, charity challenges, fundraising and endurance events. Find out more about my sports coaching experience and qualifications here.

I am also the course designer for the annual MUDPACK CHALLENGE, an exhilarating charity event organised by the Hospice of St Francis, Berkhamsted. Find out more here.

PERSONAL TRAINING
As a Personal Trainer, I focus on improving your core strength and increasing your fitness levels. We are all different and my job is to find the best exercises and most efficient ways for you to train. I also help you make gradual tweaks in your day-to-day life, which are the best way to see long-term effects and keep you away from the doctor's waiting room.

JOIN A CLASS
I love my classes. To see people go through the challenges together and come out the other side smiling is just part of the reason – and watching them go from strength to strength is what I live for. For me, keeping the classes original, challenging, addictive and fun is a big priority. And my sessions progress each week to make sure that everyone is kept on their toes. Disciplines I like to focus on include flexibility, cardiovascular, resistance-training and core work. But making new friends is another great benefit!

All of my classes welcome complete beginners but are designed to push advanced levels of fitness too.

THE MUDPACK CHALLENGE
What started off as a series of stick-man sketches on scraps of paper on my kitchen floor, became Berkhamsted's biggest annual, award-winning, charity event on behalf of the Hospice of St Francis.
This event takes place every October in the stunning grounds of Ashridge House and encourages locals of all ages and abilities to run, crawl, slip and slide through mud over a 5-10km obstacle course through the woodlands.
It's a whole lot of fun and, since its inception in 2016 it has raised almost a million pounds.
